I checked out some YouTube videos before buying and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. The ADE RD3-006 has been upgraded with some great enhancements that have improved functionality and the user experience. Plus, the motion-activated technology is a game changer! It puts the green dot illumination into sleep mode after five minutes of inactivity, but instantly reactivates when motion or vibration is detected. Talk about seamless operation and improved accuracy!
I’m not the most tech-savvy person when it comes to guns, so I was a little nervous about installing an aftermarket optic plate. But let me tell you, it was a breeze! And don’t even get me started on how easy it is to turn on/off with the switch located at the front of the sight (yes please!). Oh, and did I mention that it comes with a lithium CR2032 battery? And one more thing – when you first receive your ADE red dot, there’s already a picatinny mounting plate pre-assembled.
